Lifestyles diseases are as follows:
is a medical condition in which poor blood flow to the brain results in cell death. There are two main types of stroke: ischemic, due to lack of blood flow, and hemorrhagic, due to bleeding. They result in part of the brain not functioning properly. Signs and symptoms of a stroke may include an inability to move or feel on one side of the body, problems understanding or speaking, feeling like the world is spinning, or loss of vision to one side. Signs and symptoms often appear soon after the stroke has occurred.
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
also known as high blood pressure (HBP), is a long-term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated. High blood pressure usually does not cause symptoms. Long-term high blood pressure, however, is a major risk factor for coronary artery disease, stroke, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, peripheral vascular disease, vision loss, chronic kidney disease, and dementia.
Hypercholesterolemia, also called high cholesterol, is the presence of high levels of cholesterol in the blood. It is a form of high blood lipids and hyperlipoproteinemia (elevated levels of lipoproteinsin the blood).
Elevated levels of non-HDL cholesterol and LDL in the blood may be a consequence of diet, obesity, inherited (genetic) diseases (such as LDL receptor mutations in familial hypercholesterolemia), or the presence of other diseases such as diabetesand an underactive thyroid.
Uric Acid / GOUT / JOINT PAIN / INFLAMMATION
It forms ions and salts known as urates and acid urates, such as ammonium acid urate. Uric acid is a product of the metabolic breakdown of purine nucleotides, and it is a normal component of urine. High blood concentrations of uric acid can lead to gout and are associated with other medical conditions including diabetes and the formation of ammonium acid urate kidney stones.
is a form of inflammatory arthritischaracterized by recurrent attacks of a red, tender, hot, and swollen joint. Pain typically comes on rapidly in less than twelve hours. The joint at the base of the big toeis affected in about half of cases. It may also result in tophi, kidney stones, or urate nephropathy.
Gout is due to elevated levels of uric acid in the blood. This occurs due to a combination of diet and genetic factors. At high levels, uric acid crystallizes and the crystals deposit in joints, tendons, and surrounding tissues, resulting in an attack of gout. Gout occurs more commonly in those who eat a lot of meat, drink a lot of beer, or are overweight. Diagnosis of gout may be confirmed by seeing the crystals in joint fluid or tophus. Blood uric acid levels may be normal during an attack.
Diabetes (High Blood Sugar)
s a group of metabolic disorders in which there are high blood sugar levels over a prolonged period. Symptoms of high blood sugar include frequent urination, increased thirst, and increased hunger. If left untreated, diabetes can cause many complications. Acute complications can include diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state, or death. Serious long-term complications include cardiovascular disease, stroke, chronic kidney disease, foot ulcers, and damage to the eyes.
Blood Viscosity (Blood Vessels Blockage)
is the thickness and stickiness of blood. It is a direct measure of the ability of blood to flow through the vessels. It is also a key screening test measures how much friction the blood causes against vessels, how hard the heart has to work to pump blood, and how much oxygen is delivered to organs and tissues. Importantly, high blood viscosity is easily modifiable with safe lifestyle-based interventions. Increased blood viscosity is the only biological parameter that has been linked with all of the other major cardiovascular risk factors, including high blood pressure, elevated LDL Cholesterol, low HDL, type-II diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, smoking, age and male gender.
Tumor / CANCER
also known as a Neoplasm, is an abnormal mass of tissue which may be solid or fluid-filled. A tumor does not mean cancer - tumors can be benign (non-cancerous), pre-malignant (pre-cancerous), or malignant (cancerous).
There are many different types of tumors and a variety of names for them - their names usually reflect their shape and the kind of tissue they appear in. Put simply, a tumor is a kind of lump or swelling, it does not necessarily pose a health threat.
Cancer is a group of diseases involving abnormal cell growth with the potential to invade or spread to other parts of the body. Not all tumors are cancerous; benign tumors do not spread to other parts of the body. Possible signs and symptoms include a lump, abnormal bleeding, prolonged cough, unexplained weight loss and a change in bowel movements. While these symptoms may indicate cancer, they may have other causes. Over 100 types of cancers affect humans.
is a stone formed within the gallbladder out of bile components. The term cholelithiasis may refer to the presence of stones in the gallbladder or to the diseases caused by gallstones. Most people with gallstones (about 80%) never have symptoms. In 1–4% of those with gallstones, a crampy pain in the right upper part of the abdomen, known as biliary colic, occurs each year. Complications of gallstones include inflammation of the gallbladder, inflammation of the pancreas, and liver inflammation. Symptoms of these complications may include pain of more than five hours duration, fever, yellowish skin, vomiting, or tea-color urine.
Risk factors for gallstones include birth control pills, pregnancy, a family history of gallstones, obesity, diabetes, liver disease, or rapid weight loss. Gallstones are formed in the gallbladder, typically from either cholesterol or bilirubin. Gallstones may be suspected based on symptoms. Diagnosis is then typically confirmed by ultrasound. Complications may be detected on blood tests.
is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have a negative effect on health. People are generally considered obese when their body mass index (BMI), a measurement obtained by dividing a person's weight by square of the person's height, is over 30 kg/m2 defined as overweight. Some East Asian countries use lower values. Obesity increases the likelihood of various diseases and conditions, particularly cardiovascular diseases, type-II diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, osteoarthritis, and depression.
vision improvement / enhance skin health / delay aging / hair growth / increase mental clarity
Vision occurs mainly in the brain. Our eyes receive information in the form of light, and the brain processes the information to make meaning of it, creating our "visual world". The process of improving our eyesight not only enables us to see more clearly but also help us into greater balance and harmony with ourselves and our surroundings.
Keep yourself healthy because your health is reflected through your skin. Many of the nutrients and "good" fats we eat as part of a healthy diet enhance the skin's elasticity and help create the appealing glow of healthy skin.
Mental clarity is the ability to read reality accurately. To improve mental clarity through proper diet and proper sleep and as well as mental exercises, puzzles, and meditation.
Natural herbs can repair, restore and revitalize your internal organ, the more healthy internally, the more beautiful the exterior of skin and hair as well as body aging and mental clarity.
strengthen immune system / speed up healling progress/ Impotence / Stamina Enhancer
The immune system is the organs and processes of the body that provide resistance to infection and toxins. Organ includes the thymus, bone marrow, and lymph nodes. The strong immune system can able to detect and fight a wide variety of agents, viruses, and diseases.
Impotence or Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is a type of sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis during sexual activity in humans. A penile erection is a hydraulic effect of blood entering and being retained in sponge-like bodies within the penis. The process is most often initiated as a result of sexual arousal when signals are transmitted from the brain to nerves in the penis. the most important organic causes of impotence are cardiovascular disease and diabetes, neurological problems (for example, trauma from prostatectomy surgery), hormonal insufficiencies (hypogonadism) and drug side effects.
Psychological impotence is where erection or penetration fails due to thoughts or feelings (psychological reasons) rather than physical impossibility; this is somewhat less frequent but can often be helped. Notably, in psychological impotence, there is a strong response to placebo treatment. Erectile Dysfunction can have severe psychological consequences as it can be tied to relationship difficulties and masculine self-image.
ulcers / Bad Breath / Heatiness / DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS
An ulcer is a discontinuity or breaks in a bodily membrane that impedes the organ of which that membrane is a part of continuing its normal functions. According to Robin's pathology, "ulcer is the breach of the continuity of skin, epithelium or mucous membrane caused by sloughing out of the inflamed necrotic tissue." Common forms of ulcers recognized in medicine include:
Ulcer (dermatology), a discontinuity of the skin or a break in the skin.
Pressure ulcers, also known as bedsores
Genital ulcer, an ulcer located in the genital area
Ulcerative dermatitis, a skin disorder associated with bacterial growth often initiated by self-trauma
Anal fissure, a.k.a. an ulcer or tear near the anus or within the rectum
Diabetic foot ulcer, a major complication of the diabetic foot
Corneal ulcer, an inflammatory or infective condition of the cornea
Mouth ulcer, an open sore inside the mouth.
Aphthous ulcer, a specific type of oral ulcer also known as a canker sore
Peptic ulcer, a discontinuity of the gastrointestinal mucosa (stomach ulcer)
Venous ulcer, a wound thought to occur due to improper functioning of valves in the veins
Stress ulcer, located anywhere within the stomach and proximal duodenum
Ulcerative sarcoidosis, a cutaneous condition affecting people with sarcoidosis
Ulcerative lichen planus, a rare variant of lichen planus
Ulcerative colitis, a form of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Ulcerative disposition, a disorder or discomfort that causes severe abdominal distress, often associated with chronic gastritis
Bad Breath also is known as halitosis, is a symptom in which a noticeably unpleasant odor is present on the breath. It can result in anxiety among those affected. It is also associated with depression and symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Concerns of bad breath may be divided into genuine and non-genuine cases. Of those who have genuine bad breath, about 85% of cases come from inside the mouth. The remaining cases are believed to be due to disorders of the nose, sinuses, throat, lungs, esophagus, or stomach. Rarely, bad breath can be due to an underlying medical condition such liver failure.
Lung Infection / Bronchitis / Asthma
Pneumonia also is known as a serious lung infection. Pneumonia is an inflammation of the lung tissue. It is usually due to infection. Pneumonia tends to be more serious than bronchitis.
Bronchitis is an inflammation or infection of the large airways - the bronchi. Sometimes bronchitis and pneumonia occur together which is called bronchopneumonia. Some severe cases are life-threatening.
Asthma is chronic (long-term) lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways. Asthma causes recurring periods of wheezing (a whistling sound when you breathe), chest tightness, shortness of breath, and coughing. The coughing often occurs at night or early in the morning
When someone is in poor health or very old, pneumonia can make them very ill and the infections are more likely to be life-threatening.
